Jordan Leasure played a crucial role for the White Sox by striking out Eli White with the bases loaded to end the eighth inning, preventing the Braves from closing the gap with the tying runs on base.
Braves reliever Daysbel Hernández saw his impressive streak of 54 2/3 innings without allowing a home run come to an end when Kyle Teel went deep to lead off the seventh inning.
